Program Description
The COVID-19 pandemic demonstrated how the business world could transform at a moment’s notice. As a result, there was a sense of urgency for organizations to invest heavily in change management to help them during these turbulent and uncertain times. The pandemic has permanently changed how companies react to change. In the 21 st Century only those organizations that embrace and manage change will survive.
Join us on Friday, March 24 th as David Kornhauser, Managing Director, DMK Consultants, shares with us a framework for change and taps into the collective knowledge of our OD practitioners network. In this highly interactive and engaging program, participants will learn about a 3-Phase Process of Change Management and will be provided with the opportunity to share your own best practices with their OD colleagues. You will participate in several break-out sessions that will help you understand this end-to-end change management process and enhance your ability to facilitate change in your organizations.
