Dr. Ana Bedard




Ana stepped into the ATD Chicagoland President role (again) in April. She loves the talent development community and the opportunity to practice what she preaches, having taught leadership skills for over 20 years. Her last internal role was in Executive Development at AbbVie. As a leadership coach, program designer, and facilitator, she helps organizations go beyond leadership programs to enable new leadership habits - enlivening teams to learn, grow, and do the best work of their lives together. In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
